How to Join 50k Everyday Holiday Cash Giveaway

Raffle Mechanics

  1. Promo is open to all registered and active Supercard holders both Supercard Classic and Supercard Gold.
  2. To join, a registered Supercard holder must ENROLL in the Shakey’s 50K Everyday Holiday Cash Giveaway promo site: Your new Supercard is automatically registered and activated upon enrollment in the Shakey’s 50K Everyday Holiday Cash Giveaway promo site.
  3. The Supercard holder should fill in the following pertinent information in the Promo Enrollment online form:
    1. a. Full name
    2. b. Mobile number
    3. c. Email address
    4. d. Home address
    5. e. Supercard number and security code
    6. f. Birthday
  4. After a successful one-time Raffle Enrollment, Supercard holder may now start using his/her registered Supercard and will be awarded with raffle entries.
  5. Every Php 300 spent in Shakey’s Pizza via Dine-in, Carryout and In-house Delivery will earn one (1) raffle entry.
  6. The number of raffle entries will be determined by rounding down the total amount spent net of any applicable discounts / promotions. Transactions from Food Aggregators such as Grab Food, Food Panda, Pickaroo, etc. are not included.
  7. Raffle Draws will happen on the following dates at Wow Center, KM 15 East Service Road corner Marian Road 2, Brgy. San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City at exactly 2PM.

Announcement of Winner

  1. The winners will be determined through a random electronic draw with the supervision of a DTI representative.
  2. A Supercard holder can only win once in the entire promo duration.
  3. Winners should allow Shakey’s and Supercard to announce their names in the Official Social Media accounts of Supercard Philippines and Shakey’s Philippines.
  4. Winners will be notified through SMS, email and registered mail to their address provided during the promo enrollment. Winners will be given 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification to personally claim his/her prize. Otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior DTI approval.
  5. Winners are required to present the enrolled physical or digital Supercard, two (2) valid Government ID’s to claim his/her prize (List of acceptable ID’s: SSS, NBI, Postal ID, Driver’s License, Police Clearance, National ID, Passport) and registered mail notification.
  6. Prize can be claimed at Shakey’s Head Office located at Wow Center, KM 15 East Service Road corner Marian Road 2, Brgy. San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City, Philippines.
  7. Prize is transferable or can be converted to food orders. Total value of the food order will be based on the Gross Selling Menu Price.
  8. Supercard reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.
  9. SPAVI, WBHI, suppliers and business affiliates employees and their relatives up to 3rd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified to join the Shakey’s 50K Everyday Holiday Cash Giveaway.
  10. Supercard reserves the right to conduct post-draw audit and verification of raffle entries including Supercard information and personal data of winners. Only those confirmed and verified raffle entries shall be awarded with the raffle prizes.
