These Terms and Conditions shall apply to Shakey’s 50K Everyday Holiday Cash Giveaway promo under Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc. (SPAVI)

Only a registered and active Supercard Classic and Supercard Gold will be qualified to participate in the Shakey’s 50K Everyday Holiday Cash Giveaway promo. Registration may be done through: http://50keveryday.mysupercard.ph/enroll. with the following information:

a) Guest Name
b) Mobile Number
c) Supercard number and Security Code
d) Email address
e) Home Address
f) Birthday

IMPORTANT: Supercard registration is NOT an automatic participation in the Shakey’s SPAVI, WBHI, suppliers and business affiliates employees and its relatives up to 3rd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified to join the promo.

After a successful Supercard registration, a one time Raffle Promo Enrollment via http://50keveryday.mysupercard.ph/enroll/supercard is required for a registered Supercard holder to participate in the promo. Complete and accurate information of the Supercard holder during the promo enrollment is important.

1. Promo is open to all active Supercard holders both Supercard Classic and Supercard Gold.

2. To join, a Supercard holder must spend a minimum of P300 (vat inc.) in Shakey’s via Dine-in, Carryout, In-house Delivery. Every P300 spent earns one (1) raffle entry. Raffle entries will be awarded after successful Raffle Enrollment by the guest. The number of raffle entries will be determined by rounding down the total amount spent net of any applicable discounts/promotions.

3. Contracted orders with special negotiated price will NOT earn raffle entries. The number of raffle entries will be based on the total amount spent in net of any applicable discounts. Use of other Supercard regular benefits such as Buy1 Take1, 10% Discount and Supercard Exclusive Promos are also qualified to earn raffle entries. Orders from Food Aggregators such as Grab Food, Food Panda, etc. are not included in the promo.

4. Raffle entries will be earned from any participating Shakey's store. Shakey's MCIA Cebu branch not included in the promo. Orders from Food Aggregators such as Grab Food, Food Panda, Pickaroo, etc. are not included in the promo.

5. Raffle entries will be credited in the Supercard number within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase.

6. Purchases of an unenrolled Supercard may still earn raffle entries if the Supercard will be enrolled via within three (3) days from transaction date and within the promo duration.

7. Any missing raffle entries may be reported to wecare@mysupercard.ph. The Supercard holder needs to send his name, mobile number, photo of official receipt showing total amount spent, and photo of the Supercard with visible card number and security code. Missing raffle entries will be awarded by 6PM of the next business day. Missing raffle entries will be awarded by 6PM of five (5) business days.

8. A Supercard holder can only win once in the entire promo duration. All non-winning entries during the raffle draw will not be included in the succeeding raffle draws. Raffle Prizes

One (1) winner of P50,000 cash will be determined daily through a random electronic draw with the supervision of a DTI representative.

Winners will be notified through SMS, Email and registered mail from the raffle enrollment information. Winners will be given 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification to claim his/her prize. Otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior DTI approval. Winners’ names will be published in the Official Social Media accounts of all the participating brands.

Winners are required to present the enrolled physical or digital Supercard, two (2) valid ID’s to claim his/her prize (List of acceptable ID’s: SSS, NBI, Postal ID, Driver’s License, Police Clearance, National ID and Passport) and registered mail notification. Prize can be claimed at Shakey’s Head Office located at Wow Center, KM 15 East Service Road corner Marian Road 2, Brgy San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City, Philippines. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
Supercard reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.
