These Terms and Conditions shall apply to Supercard 50K Everyday Cash Giveaway Promo under the Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc. (SPAVI) and Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar (under Wow Brands Holdings, Inc, or WBHI).

Only a registered and active Supercard Classic and Supercard Gold including limited edition Shakey’s 50th Commemorative Supercard Classic and Gold will be qualified to participate in the Supercard 50K Everyday Cash Giveaway Promo. Supercard registration may be done through this link: https://www.mysupercard.ph/register-my-supercard with the following information:

Guest Name, Mobile Number, Supercard number and Security Code, email and Birthday.

IMPORTANT: After a successful registration, a Supercard holder may start using his/ her Supercard and earn raffle entries.

1. Promo is open to all active Supercard holders both Supercard Classic and Supercard Gold.

2. Participating Brands: Shakey’s stores nationwide (except MCIA Cebu and NAIA Terminal 3 branches), Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar, and R&B Tea.

3. How to earn a raffle entry. To join, a Supercard holder must order a minimum P300 in Shakey's, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar and R&B Tea via Dine-in, Carryout, In-house Delivery. Every P300 worth of purchase earns one (1) raffle entry. Raffle entries will be awarded automatically thru SMS notification. The number of raffle entries will be determined by rounding down the total amount spent net of any applicable discounts/promotions.

Contracted orders with special negotiated price will not earn raffle entries. Number of raffle entries will be based on the total amount spent net of any applicable discounts. Use of other Supercard regular benefits such as Buy1 Take1, 10% Discount and Supercard Exclusive Promos are also qualified to earn raffle entries. Orders from Food Aggregators such as Grab Food, Food Panda, etc. are not included in the promo.

Raffle entries will be credited in the Supercard number within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of purchase.

Any missing raffle entries after the twenty-four (24) hours waiting period must be reported to wecare@mysupercard.ph until 12:00PM of the following day. Supercard holder needs to send his name, mobile number, a readable photo of the entire Official Receipt (OR) showing total amount spent, and photo of the Supercard with visible card number and security code. Missing raffle entries will be awarded within 24 hours.

4. Raffle entries will be accepted starting March 25, 2025 to May 13, 2025 during store business hours.

5. Raffling of daily winner will happen three (3) days after store business hour at exactly 2PM.

6. Announcement of winner will happen three (3) days after the raffle draw to allow Shakey’s to validate and verify eligibility of the winner. Electronic raffling of winner will happen at Wow Center, KM 15 East Service Road corner Marian Road 2, Brgy. San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City.

7. One (1) winner of P50,000 will be determined through a random electronic draw everyday with the supervision of a DTI representative.

8. A Supercard holder can only win once in the entire promo duration. All non-winning entries during the raffle draw will not be included in the succeeding raffle draws.

9. Winners’ names will be published in the Official Social Media accounts of Supercard Philippines and other participating brands.

10. Winners will be notified through the mobile number and email address used during Supercard registration and registered mail as well. The Winner should give his/her address to SPAVI during winner‘s notification. Winners will be given 60 days from receipt of email notification to personally claim his/her prize. Otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of sponsor with prior DTI approval.

11. Winners are required to present an active physical or digital Supercard, two (2) valid Government ID’s to claim his/her prize (List of acceptable ID’s: SSS, NBI, Postal ID, Driver’s license, Police Clearance, ID, Passport) and email or SMS notification.

12. Prize can be claimed at Shakey’s Head Office located at Wow Center, KM 15 East Service Road corner Marian Road 2, Brgy San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City, Philippines or in the Shakey’s store where he/she earns his/her raffle entries.

13. Prizes are transferable but can be converted to food orders. Total value of the food order will be based on the Gross Selling Menu Price.

14. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the SPAVI.

15. Supercard reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this program with the approval of DTI.

16. Supercard reserves the right to conduct post-draw audit and verification of raffle entries including information and personal data of winners. Only those confirmed and verified raffle entries shall be awarded with the raffle prizes.
